About Andrew Holland
Andrew Holland is the Founder of SENDme2work, an inclusion and accessibility consultancy that helps businesses and organisations remove barriers for disabled people, neurodivergent people and those with long term health conditions.
With more than 30 years’ experience spanning education, employment, accessibility and workforce development, Andrew works with employers, local authorities, charities and education providers to create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Throughout his career
Andrew has led and managed county wide and regional programmes that have brought together employers, education providers, supported employment services and strategic partners to improve employment outcomes for disabled people. His work has included leading Department for Education funded initiatives, developing employer engagement programmes, supporting Supported Internships, designing inclusion resources and helping shape collaborative approaches across multiple organisations.
Today
Andrew specialises in disability confidence, neuro-inclusion, digital accessibility and inclusive workspace culture. He delivers practical consultancy, accessibility audits, training and coaching that focus on removing real barriers rather than simply meeting compliance requirements. His sessions are engaging, evidence based and built around practical actions that organisations can implement immediately.
Andrew is also an experienced conference and event speaker, delivering keynote presentations, workshops and webinars for employers, networks and professional organisations across the UK. His talks combine professional expertise, real world examples and practical tools that leave audiences feeling informed, confident and motivated to take action.
Greatest strengths
One of Andrew’s greatest strengths is making complex subjects easy to understand. Whether working with senior leaders, HR teams, managers or frontline staff, he helps organisations move beyond good intentions and build inclusive systems that work for everyone.
His approach
is shaped by both extensive professional experience and lived experience, bringing authenticity, empathy and practical insight to every project.
Away from work
Andrew enjoys kitesurfing, paddleboarding, swimming, walking with his dog, camping, cooking from scratch and making wood fired pizza. He believes some of the best ideas arrive while out in nature and is proud to be the father of three amazing children.
